  Terrible experience! I paid this company over $4,000 to take my clothes and rugs after a tree destroyed my house. The items weren't directly affected, but I didn't have room for them in my temporary apartment. This company promised to clean everything and keep it safely stored until my home was rebuilt.
  What I received back from Textile Restoration was terrible. Everything that was once white in color was now yellowed; shoes came back dry rotted and unusable; and most of the items that could be salvaged needed to be rewashed. On top of all of this, they refused to credit the cleaning fees for the damaged items. They claimed to have cleaned everything, so even if it didn't seem clean I still owed them for their services.
  If you have an insurance claim and want a company to destroy your clothes and other household textiles so you can collect insurance money, then this company is for you. If you actually want your clothes cleaned and returned in good condition, go somewhere else like your local laundry mat/cleaners.
